Jaya Grocer’s Employee Referral Program encourages current employees to refer qualified candidates for job openings. This initiative helps attract talented individuals who trusted team members endorse.

  • If the referred candidate is hired and completes their probationary period, the referring employee will receive a reward as a token of appreciation.
