Rymnet HRMS function is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline Human Resource Management processes. It encompasses various functions such as employee data management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and leave management. Additionally, it may include features for recruitment, training, and compliance management. Rymnet HRMS aims to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing human resources within an organization, ultimately contributing to improved employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
The payroll cycle at Jaya Grocer is a well-structured monthly process aimed at ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant salary disbursements. The cycle operates on a cut-off date of the 20th of each month, during which employee attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, and deductions are systematically captured and verified. Payroll processing is carried out through the company’s integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS), which incorporates all relevant statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.Following thorough r ement team, salaries are disbursed to employees’ designated bank accounts by the end of each month. Electronic payslips are issued to employees, and all statutory contributions are submitted to the respective authorities in accordance with regulatory deadlines. This end-to-end payroll management process reflects Jaya Grocer’s commitment to regulatory compliance, operational transparency, and employee satisfaction.
Malaysia’s Tax System
- Malaysia’s tax system is managed by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) under the Income Tax Act 1967 and follows a progressive tax structure. Individual income tax rates range from 0% to 30% for residents, while non-residents are taxed at a flat 30%.
- Tax reliefs, such as deductions for EPF, SOCSO, medical expenses, education fees, and lifestyle purchases, help reduce taxable income. Corporate tax is set at 24%, but SMEs with chargeable income below RM150,000 enjoy a reduced 15% rate.
